The 2014 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday May, 23. The event will be held at the team’s Concord, North Carolina, facility and feature an array of free entertainment for the whole family, including activities for children, interactive sponsor displays, food vendors, show cars, live music and question-and-answer sessions with crew chiefs and drivers.
Please check back often for updates as the schedule is subject to change. 

Fan Fest parking will not be available on the Hendrick Motorsports campus with the exception of those with handicapped identification. Free parking and shuttle transportation will be at Charlotte Motor Speedway Lot Z off Bruton Smith Boulevard in Concord. 



10 a.m. -- Fan Fest opens
Team store, museum, sponsor displays, food and beverage vendors, race shop lobbies and seating areas open

2 p.m. -- Race shops open for behind-the-scenes tours (close at 4:30 p.m.), kid’s zone area opens

3:05 p.m. -- Stage activities begin outside the Hendrick Motorsports museum and team store

3:05–3:30 p.m. -- Kenny Francis (No. 5 crew chief) and Alan Gustafson (No. 24 crew chief) fan Q&A on stage

3:35–4 p.m. -- Chad Knaus (No. 48 crew chief) and Steve Letarte (No. 88 crew chief) fan Q&A on stage

4:05–4:30 p.m. -- Jeff Gordon, driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet, fan Q&A on stage

4:35–5 p.m. -- Kasey Kahne, driver of the No. 5 Chevrolet, fan Q&A on stage

5:05–5:30 p.m. -- Dale Earnhardt Jr., driver of the No. 88 Chevrolet, fan Q&A on stage

5:35–6 p.m. -- Jimmie Johnson, driver of the No. 48 Chevrolet, fan Q&A on stage

6:05–6:30 p.m. -- Rick Hendrick fan Q&A on stage

7 p.m. -- Fan Fest closes


The entrance to free parking is at Charlotte Motor Speedway Lot Z off Bruton Smith Boulevard in Concord. Shuttles will transport all fans to and from the Hendrick Motorsports campus. Parking attendants will direct those with valid government-issued handicap license plates or placards to available handicap parking spaces located on the Hendrick Motorsports campus.  

Race Shop Tours:

The Nos. 5/24 and 48/88 race shop lobbies will open for viewing at 10 a.m., and behind-the-scenes tours will be available to fans from 2 – 4:30 p.m. The start of the self-guided tour begins in the lobby of the Nos. 48/88 race shop and continues into the Nos. 5/24 race shop. While supplies last, a complimentary 30th anniversary gift will be distributed to fans touring the race shops.

Kid’s Zone:

An array of activities for children 12 years and under will take place at the Performance Training Facility beginning at 2 p.m. All children must have a parent-signed waiver in order to participate in the activities. While supplies last, children who visit the kid’s zone will receive a free gift.

Stage Activities:

Drivers, crew chiefs and Hendrick Motorsports personnel will participate in question-and-answer sessions outside of the Hendrick Motorsports museum and team store beginning at 3 p.m. In order to make appearances available to all fans who attend, we regret that AUTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE from drivers, crew chiefs and other personnel.
