The NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Auto Club 500 was the second highest rated, second most viewed sporting event of the weekend. The Auto Club 500 outperformed the LA/San Antonio NBA playoff game, which earned a 4.9 final national rating (+7% over the 4.6 rating from last year’s comparable NBA game).
