Hendrick Motorsports extends museum hours during race weeks

CONCORD, N.C. (May 8, 2008) – The newly renovated Hendrick Motorsports museum and team store will extend its operating hours around the May NASCAR events being held at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. Beginning May 15, the museum and team store, which are located one mile from the track, will expand weekday operations and add special weekend hours. May 2008 - Race weeks Schedule: Thursday, May 15: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday, May 16: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, May 17: 9 a.m. 6 p.m. Sunday, May 18: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, May 19: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, May 20: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, May 21: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, May 22: 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday, May 23: 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, May 24: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, May 25: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, May 26: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The facility typically is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Visitors can find special announcements, driving directions and additional information related to the museum at www.HendrickMotorsports.com.
