NEW YORK (Feb. 6, 2009)—Four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon and his mother Carol Bickford will appear on the Rachael Ray show on Tuesday.

Bickford, who co-authored “Pit Stop in a Southern Kitchen: Two Moms of Racing Legends Serve Up Stories and Recipes with Martha Earnhardt,” will demonstrate how to prepare her chicken casserole, a recipe found in the new hard-cover cookbook which was released Feb. 1.
