The Last Time: Atlanta Motor Speedway
By Gray Caldwell
CONCORD, N.C.— Last time at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Hendrick Motorsports' results were a mixed bag.
Two drivers raced into the top 10 while two cars suffered damage—though the drivers were still able to finish the event.
Atlanta Motor Speedway is one of 10 tracks at which Hendrick Motorsports has accumulated double-digit victories.
There, the organization has won 11 times, taking home 51 top-five finishes and 80 top-10s.
Two of those top-10s were added last September, when Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr. finished sixth and eighth, respectively.
Jimmie Johnson and Kasey Kahne crossed the finish line in 28th and 36th, respectively.
