CONCORD, N.C.-- As the regular season winds down, Jimmie Johnson and William Byron head to Daytona International Speedway focused on racing fast and securing a spot in the playoffs.

Coming off several great races that have put these drivers on the bubble of making the playoffs and Daytona being notoriously chaotic, the race will be nothing short of a 160-lap thrill ride.

Here is everything you need to know to tune in to Saturday’s race at Daytona.

WHAT TIME IS PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING?

Since NASCAR is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of the teams and personnel at the track, there will be no practice and no qualifying. 

The starting order for Saturday's race was announced Wednesday morning based on the new metric system put in place at the beginning of August. 

 WHAT TIME IS THE RACE?

The race will be on Saturday, Aug. 29 and will start at 7:30 p.m. ET and be broadcast on NBC.

CAN I LISTEN ON THE RADIO?

The race will be available on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
