CONCORD, N.C. -- On Nov. 20, 2016, Jimmie Johnson made history.

At Homestead-Miami Speedway, he piloted his No. 48 Lowe's Chevrolet SS to Victory Lane to secure his 80th career NASCAR Cup Series win -- and clinch his record-tying seventh championship in the process.

Now, the car that Johnson drove to tie NASCAR Hall of Famers Dale Earnhardt and Richard Petty for the most Cup championships all-time is on the Hendrick Motorsports campus.

And fans can see it, up close and personal.

The championship-winning Chevy is now on display in the Hendrick Motorsports museum and team store on the organization's campus in Concord, North Carolina.

It is free and open to the public.
