HOMESTEAD, Fla. – Chase Elliott will lead his Hendrick Motorsports teammates to green flag on Sunday for the final race of the NASCAR Cup Series season at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

During Friday evening’s qualifying session, Elliott, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. all advanced to the second round of qualifying.

Elliott will roll off the grid in 18th, followed by Johnson in 22nd.

Earnhardt qualified 24th but will start from the rear of the field due to an engine change during practice.

Kasey Kahne and the No. 5 Great Clips Chevrolet SS will start 27th.

Denny Hamlin captured the pole.

Sunday’s race is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET on NBC, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
