CONCORD, N.C. – Restrictor-plate racing is back as the NASCAR Cup Series returns to Daytona International Speedway this weekend.
For the first time this year, Chase Elliott will be behind the wheel of the No. 9 Hooter's Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.
