CONCORD, N.C. -- It's the final countdown to the start of the 2020 racing season.
The cars are getting revved up for this weekend, which will see the Hendrick Motorsports teams prepare for the qualifying race for the DAYTONA 500 and the exhibition race, the Clash, which Jimmie Johnson won last year.
Here is everything you need to know for the action happening at Daytona International Speedway:
WHAT TIME IS PRACTICE?
This weekend, there are two different types of NASCAR Cup Series practice due to DAYTONA 500 qualifying taking place on the same day as the Clash.
All three practice sessions take place on Saturday, Feb. 8, and will air on FOX Sports 1.
11:35 a.m. ET: Clash final practice
1:35 p.m. ET: DAYTONA 500 qualifying first practice
3 p.m. ET: DAYTONA 500 qualifying final practice
WHAT TIME IS DAYTONA 500 QUALIFYING?
The two-round, single-car qualifying format for the DAYTONA 500 takes place on Sunday, Feb. 9. It will air on FOX.
12:30 p.m. ET: DAYTONA 500 qualifying
WHAT TIME IS THE CLASH?
The exhibition event, which is 75 laps split into two segments by a competition caution at Lap 25, will take place quickly after DAYTONA 500 qualifying on Sunday, Feb. 9. It will air on FOX Sports 1.
All four Hendrick Motorsports drivers will participate in the exhibition, with the 2020 Clash being William Byron's first time racing in the event.
3 p.m. ET: Clash
HOW IS THE STARTING ORDER FOR THE CLASH SET?
There will be a random drawing on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 6:30 p.m. ET to determine the starting grid for the Clash. Be sure to check HendrickMotorsports.com and follow along on Twitter to see where Chase Elliott, Bryon, Johnson and Alex Bowman will line up.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Hendrick Motorsports holds the all-time record for most DAYTONA 500 pole positions with 13. Richard Childress Racing is second with six poles, followed by Ranier Racing and Yates Racing with five each.
A Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet has won the pole in eight of the last 12 DAYTONA 500 races, including the last six, which is the all-time record. The organization has won 21 percent of the DAYTONA 500 poles all-time and has won the pole in 36 percent of the DAYTONA 500s in which it has competed.
Last year, Hendrick Motorsports’ DAYTONA 500 pole also marked the 700th NASCAR Cup Series pole for Chevrolet and the manufacturer’s 50th DAYTONA 500 pole.
Four different Hendrick Motorsports drivers have combined to win the Clash – the season-opening exhibition race at Daytona International Speedway – on six occasions: Schrader (1989, 1990), Gordon (1994, 1997), Johnson (2005, 2019) and Earnhardt (2008).
