When the first Chevrolet SS body prototype was built, Hendrick Motorsports oversaw the construction of the initial model in its shops. This 2013 model features three enhancements: a biofuel blend implemented in 2011, electronic fuel injection (2012) and now, a stronger tie to manufacturer identity. The production Chevy SS will be unveiled in Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway at 1 p.m. local time on Feb. 16.
