On Aug. 31, 2003, Terry Labonte drove the No. 5 Chevrolet to win the final Labor Day weekend Southern 500 at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway. This was the last victory of his career and his 12th NASCAR Sprint Cup Series win with Hendrick Motorsports.
