CONCORD, N.C – Martinsville Speedway will host the first night race of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season this Saturday. 

Martinsville has been the most successful track for Hendrick Motorsports with 26 Cup Series wins including the first victory in company history in 1984 with Geoff Bodine. The most recent win for the organization at the .526-mile track came last October with Alex Bowman

Here is everything you need to know to tune in this weekend.

WHAT TIME IS PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING?

There will be a group practice session that starts at 4:30 p.m. ET on Friday, April 8, followed by qualifying at 5:15 p.m. ET. Both practice and qualifying will be broadcasted on FOX Sports 1. Kyle Larson and William Byron are in Group A, while Chase Elliott and Bowman are in Group B.

WHAT TIME IS THE RACE?

The 400-lap race is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 9, and will be broadcasted on FS1.

MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (channel 90)
