CONCORD, N.C. – Hendrick Motorsports driver William Byron and team vice chairman Jeff Gordon will appear on the next episode of "LEGO Masters" on FOX.

The episode is set to air on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 9 p.m. ET and will be available to stream on FOX.com after it airs. On this installment titled "Start Your Engines," contestants are split into red and blue teams, where they compete to build a race car.

Byron provided feedback on designs and helped to direct teams. Gordon offered insight on the final product.

Hosted by actor Will Arnett, "LEGO Masters" debuted in 2020 and this is the third season of the program. Each episode of “LEGO Masters” features two teams building a variety of LEGO projects with an unlimited amount of bricks and parts while meeting the goals and challenges laid out by the panel of judges - Jamie Berard and Amy Corbett. The winning team advances on to the next round, until the finale, where the final two teams compete for a cash prize and the title of LEGO Masters.

In 2023, Byron will be entering his sixth NASCAR Cup Series season as the driver of the No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and is coming off a career-best sixth-place finish in the standings in 2022. Gordon won four championships and earned the third-most wins in Cup Series history with 93 victories in his Hall of Fame career.
