CONCORD, N.C. - Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott and team vice chairman Jeff Gordon hit New York City as part of a media tour ahead of the start of NASCAR’s 75th "diamond" anniversary season.

On Tuesday, both Elliott and Gordon were part of a NASCAR group that rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange. 

Gordon appeared on CNBC’s "Mad Money with Jim Cramer" on Tuesday alongside NASCAR President Steve Phelps. He was also a guest on NBC’s "TODAY" on Wednesday during the program’s third hour where he talked about his excitement for the upcoming season and reflected on his time hosting "Saturday Night Live."

Elliott was a guest on "LIVE with Kelly and Ryan" on Wednesday morning and chatted with hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest. You can watch a clip from that appearance here

Both Elliott and Gordon also stopped by the SiriusXM studios as well as Barstool Sports.
