CONCORD, N.C. -- William Byron is among the top 10 in fan votes for the upcoming All-Star Race.

The driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE is in fourth place among the fan votes. 

Byron's teammates Chase Elliott, Jimmie Johnson and Alex Bowman already have secured their positions in the All-Star Race.

Aside from receiving the most fan votes, Byron can snag a spot in the race either by winning at Kentucky Motor Speedway this weekend or by winning a segment in the Open.

Comprising of three stages that consist of 35 laps, 35 laps and 15 laps, the Open will take place right before the All-Star Race. The winner of each segment will secure a spot the event.

There is still over a week left for fans to cast their vote, so remember to visit NASCAR.com/fanvote to have your voice heard. Remember, votes shared on Facebook and/or Twitter count double.

Hendrick Motorsports at least three cars in the All-Star Race for the past 21 season - a record-setting streak. The organization has had four cars in the race in 16 of the last 18 years.

Overall, Hendrick Motorsports has eight All-Star Race wins, which is double the victories of second-place Richard Childress Racing and Roush Fenway Racing.

The race will still be on July 15 at 7 p.m. on FOX Sports 1 at Bristol Motor Speedway. The festivities will be a one-day event and, as in previous All-Star Races, a $1 million prize will be on the line. NASCAR is allowing 30,000 fans to attend the event.
