CONCORD, N.C. – Hendrick Motorsports' vice president of competition Chad Knaus will be in the FOX Sports booth for the next two NASCAR Cup Series races.
Knaus will join Sunday's telecast at Richmond Raceway (3:30 p.m. ET on FOX) and he will return the following weekend at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday, April 9, broadcast (7:30 p.m. ET on FS1).
Knaus will join play-by-play announcer Mike Joy and analyst Clint Bowyer on the broadcasts. He has appeared frequently on FS1's "NASCAR Race Hub" program as an analyst over the past several seasons and has also been an analyst for a number of NASCAR Xfinity Series races for FOX Sports.
The seven-time championship-winning crew chief compiled 82 wins atop the pit box with 81 of those coming with Jimmie Johnson and one with William Byron.
