CONCORD, N.C.  – Richmond Raceway kicks off the short-track portion of the NASCAR Cup Series schedule this Sunday. 

After a top-five finish at Circuit of The Americas, points leader Chase Elliott will look to notch his first win as we head into the seventh race of the 2022 season. Hendrick Motorsports holds 11 wins at America’s Premiere Short Track, including last spring’s Richmond victory by Alex Bowman. 

Here is everything you need to know to tune in this weekend. 

WHAT TIME IS PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING? 

There will be a group practice session at the .75-mile venue that starts at 10:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 2, followed by qualifying at 11:15 a.m. ET. Both practice and qualifying will be broadcasted on FOX Sports 1 

WHAT TIME IS THE RACE? 

The 400-lap race is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 3 and will be broadcasted on FOX.

CAN I LISTEN ON THE RADIO? 

MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (channel 90)
