CONCORD, N.C. - The four cars of Hendrick Motorsports will go road racing this weekend for the first road course race of the 2023 season at Circuit of The Americas on Sunday.

This year marks the third season that the 20-turn, 3.41-mile track has been on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule. Chase Elliott won the inaugural race at the Austin, Texas, venue in 2021.

The No. 5 team of Kyle Larson will carry the HendrickCars.com paint scheme on his Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. For the second straight weekend, the team will be in the "home" white uniforms.

Road racing standout Jordan Taylor will be making his NASCAR debut in the No. 9 UniFirst Chevrolet. Taylor is filling in for the sidelined Elliott and serves as a driver/coach for the Garage 56 program. Elliott is out while he recovers from successful surgery on a fractured tibia following a snowboarding accident earlier this month.
