CONCORD, N.C. – Hendrick Motorsports fans, start your engines!

Taking place on May 26-27 during Charlotte Motor Speedway’s Coca-Cola 600 weekend, the 2023 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest will include driver appearances, food trucks, activities for kids, photo opportunities, engine building demonstrations, pit stop exhibitions and more. The annual fan appreciation event will also offer guided tours of the Hendrick Motorsports team shops.

How will the event work? When does it take place? Will there be autograph opportunities? When is the 2023 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest?
Fan Fest takes place over Memorial Day weekend, kicking off on the Hendrick Motorsports campus Friday, May 26, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. On Saturday, May 27, festivities will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET. For directions, please click HERE

When are the driver appearances and autograph sessions?
Alex Bowman: Friday, May 26, 2:30-3:30 p.m. ET
Chase Elliott: Friday, May 26, 4:30-5:30 p.m. ET
William Byron: Saturday, May 27, 10-11 a.m. ET
Jeff Gordon: Saturday, May 27, 11-11:30 a.m. ET
Kyle Larson: Saturday, May 27, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. ET

How can I register for a driver appearances and autograph session? What is permitted?
Registration for each autograph session took place online on Wednesday, May 17, at 10 a.m. ET. UPDATE: All driver autograph wristbands have sold out. 

To allow as many fans to participate as possible, there will be a limit of one autograph and posed photos will not be permitted. All fans are welcome to attend the 15-minute moderated question-and-answer session at the beginning of each driver appearance.

How do I pick up the wristband for the driver appearance I register for?
Fans who registered online must present their confirmation to receive a wristband. For Friday’s sessions with Bowman and Elliott, the wristband pick-up will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET at the performance training field, which is location three on the map above. On Saturday, the wristband pick-up for the Byron, Gordon and Larson sessions will take place from 8 to 9:30 a.m. ET will be at location three on the map above.

How do I register for one of the shop tours?
Tour registration went live at 10 a.m. ET on Monday, May 22. UPDATE: All shop tours have sold out. 

Check in for each tour will take place in the 5/9 lobby, which is location nine on the map above. Tours will take place on Friday, May 26, at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. ET. On Saturday, May 27, tours will take place at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. ET. 

What other festivities will be at Fan Fest?
The Hendrick Motorsports museum and team store will be open (location five on the map) each day. The lobbies of the 5/9 and 24/48 buildings will be open to view show cars and trophies. Food trucks will be on site (location two on the map). Race memorabilia will be available for sale (location six on the map). There will be multiple pit stop demonstrations (location four on the map) on Friday and kids can learn what it is like to be a pit crew member by going through different training exercises. There will be several engine building demonstrations over the two days (location seven on the map). The Fan Zone (location eight on the map) will have several displays and photo opportunities with different show cars. Various Hendrick Motorsports partners will offer displays during Fan Fest. 

Where do I park for Fan Fest?
Accessible parking will be available on campus. There will be limited parking on campus. Roundtrip shuttles to Hendrick Motorsports from Lot Z at Charlotte Motor Speedway (off Bruton Smith Blvd. across from Camping World of Concord) will be available each day.


What is the full schedule of events for Fan Fest?
Friday, May 26 (all times ET)
10 a.m.: Team store, lobbies and information booth open
11 a.m.: Fan Fest officially opens 
11 a.m.–2 p.m.: Pit crew training for kids (location three on the map)
11 a.m.-noon: SiriusXM NASCAR Radio broadcasting live from Fan Fest stage (location two on the map)
11:15-11:45 a.m.: Crew chief Q&A with Alan Gustafson (No. 9) and Rudy Fugle (No. 24) on stage (location two on the map)
11:30 a.m.: Pit stop demonstration (location four on the map)
Noon-12:30 p.m.: Crew chief Q&A with Cliff Daniels (No. 5) and Blake Harris (No. 48) on stage (location two on the map)
12:30 p.m.: SiriusXM NASCAR Radio live broadcast with vice chairman Jeff Gordon (location two on the map)
12:30 p.m.: Pit stop demonstration (location four on the map) 
1:30 p.m.: Engine build demonstration (location seven on the map)
