CONCORD, N.C. - Wait, NASCAR heads to another 1.5-mile track? Sign us up!
After competing at Texas Motor Speedway, stock car racing's biggest show heads to Kansas Speedway this weekend. And Hendrick Motorsports will look to find victory lane once again.
Both Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott will look to Sunday as a chance to win again at Kansas. Larson was victorious in a photo finish last spring and also claimed victory there in 2021, his first season with Hendrick Motorsports. Elliott's triumph came in 2018.
While they have yet to win at the 1.5-mile circuit, William Byron's eight top-10 results and Alex Bowman's 10 should put the field on alert. Both drivers have come narrowly close to victory lane in recent memory.

In all, Hendrick Motorsports' 1,135 laps led this season is the most in the NASCAR Cup Series and 419 circuits ahead of second.
