CONCORD, N.C. - It's been a long road in the NASCAR Cup Series the last handful of weeks, with back-to-back road courses (Chicago Street Course and Sonoma Raceway) sending drivers twisting and turning.
But alas, NASCAR returns to its oval roots this weekend with an event at the 1-mile, high-banked oval at Dover Motor Speedway. It's a place in which Hendrick Motorsports has compiled quite the impressive resume.
And as the sport gets back to basics, so too does the Hendrick Motorsports fleet of race cars, which will rock classic, primary looks when hitting the track.
