CONCORD, N.C. -- Less than two weeks remain until the field will take the green flag under the lights at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the All-Star Race.

And Chase Elliott is among 24 drivers who are not yet locked into the event.

Last year, Elliott was voted into the All-Star field by the fans. This year, the fans have the same opportunity to vote their favorite driver into the ranks.

Voting is now open and will close at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, May 19. Fans can vote once a day until then, and votes shared via Facebook or Twitter will count double toward a driver's total.

Elliott became the youngest pole-sitter in Daytona 500 history in 2016 and went back-to-back by claiming the pole again this February. The 2016 Rookie of the Year currently sits fourth in the NASCAR Cup Series standings and has earned three top-five finishes and six top-10s so far this season.

Elliott's Hendrick Motorsports teammates Kasey Kahne, Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. have already secured their spots in the event. Johnson qualified as a race-winner from the past two seasons, while Kahne and Earnhardt make the field thanks to previously winning an All-Star Race.

Fans can #VoteChase to make sure all four Hendrick Motorsports drivers compete for a chance to win the $1 million All-Star Race purse.

When you share your vote, make sure to use the hashtag #VoteChase to join the conversation.
