CONCORD N.C. - The NASCAR Cup Series returns to Iowa Speedway this weekend for 350 miles of beating and banging.
Last year marked the first time that stock car racing's premier series raced on the 0.875-mile oval. For the second consecutive year, the grandstands have sold out for the main event.
Hendrick Motorsports has three cars vying for the regular season points lead with Chase Elliott leading the trio at 726 markers. William Byron sits only four behind at 722 tallies and Kyle Larson completes the podium with 711 points. With only four races left before the postseason beings, the fight for the regular season championship is only ramping up.
