LOUDON, N.H. – While New Hampshire Motor Speedway has not been kind to Hendrick Motorsports in recent years, Sunday's main event was an important step towards the ultimate goal of 2025:

A championship.

Both William Byron and Kyle Larson scored stage points in both segments before securing top-five and top-10 results respectively. Chase Elliott rallied from a 27th-place starting position to score stage points in stage two and earn a fifth-place finish.

The results were a positive step in the right direction relative to the cutline. Next weekend, the groups will aim to lock in a Round of 8 appearance with a victory at Kansas Speedway.
