CONCORD, N.C. - This weekend, Hendrick Motorsports heads to Phoenix Raceway with the hope of returning with a NASCAR Cup Series championship trophy. After 35 events, Kyle Larson and William Byron remain in the hunt for the 2025 crown.

The situation is simple. Whoever finishes the highest of the Championship 4 drivers will take home the title. For Larson and Byron, winning will be their sole focus. Both drivers have gone to victory lane at this circuit before with Larson winning in the 2021 championship race and Byron in the 2023 spring event.
While not in the same points battle, a similar mindset will apply for both Chase Elliott and Alex Bowman. Elliott won this race and claimed the Cup Series title in 2021 while Bowman led 194 circuits at Phoenix in 2016.
