LONG POND, Pa. - Chase Elliott returned to the No. 17 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet for one more outing in the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season as he made laps in practice and qualifying at Pocono Raceway.
The last time Elliott sat in the No. 17 machine, he clinched a second-place finish at Darlington Raceway. He'll carry that momentum as he tackles the "Tricky Triangle" and its three challenging corners.
Practice and qualifying for the Xfinity Series took place in the morning. After a strong performance in both sessions, Elliott nabbed pole position for the Xfinity race.
There's no rest for the weary though as he will have to change hats and strap into his No. 9 NAPA Auto Parts Chevrolet for Cup practice and qualifying starting at 12:35 p.m. You can tune into Cup practice and qualifying on Amazon Prime Video.
