CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Chase Elliott will lead his teammates to the green flag Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
He earned a third-place starting position during Thursday night's qualifying session.
Jimmie Johnson missed the final round of qualifying by two positions and will start from 14th.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Kahne made it to the second round of qualifying. They will roll off the grid 19th and 24th, respectively.
Kevin Harvick captured the pole.
Sunday's race is scheduled for 6 p.m. on FOX, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
