CONCORD, N.C. - Despite the illustrious history of Hendrick Motorsports in the NASCAR Cup Series, some weeks are a little tougher than others on our resident archivist and historian, Sam Ulrich.
With last year's race at Iowa Speedway being the first in Cup Series history, ol' Sam had his work cut out for him.
And yet, when all else fails on our campus, you can always find a trophy somewhere.
So, Sam came up with this, a beautiful and unique prize from an Xfinity Series race contested at Iowa Speedway on June 24, 2017. An event won by William Byron, who then competed for JR Motorsports.

Byron nearly went to victory lane for a third time at Iowa Speedway last year, finishing second in the maiden voyage for Cup Series cars. He also won at Iowa in the CRAFTSMAN Truck Series in 2016 as well as the K&N Pro Series East in 2015.
Certainly, a Cup Series trophy at Iowa this weekend as NASCAR returns for the second time with its premier series, would complete the set for Byron and the No. 24 team. And if his history in the cornfields is any indication, don't count him out!
So, where do you come in?
You know the drill by now. Take the trivia quiz above, one concocted from the deepest recesses of ol' Sam's steel trap of a brain, be among the best at answering his questions and win a prize. Or in this week's case, prizes!
That's right, speaking of Byron, how about not one, but two No. 24 diecasts! Speaking of a completed set!
