CONCORD, N.C. – Hendrick Motorsports will be showcased as part of a new, limited-run exhibit at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The exhibit, which opened on Thursday, July 7, is called "Chevrolet: Winningest Brand in NASCAR Cup History." The Great Hall display highlights Chevrolet's 814 race victories and 40 manufacturer titles through the 2021 season. Hendrick Motorsports is responsible for 286 of those race wins and 14 driver championships.

Eight historically significant Cup Series Chevrolet race cars will be on display as part of the exhibit with four of them featuring ties to Hendrick Motorsports. Chase Elliott was responsible for the bowtie brand’s 800th Cup Series win in 2021 at Circuit of The Americas and that Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE is part of the exhibit. Also featured are cars that were driven by Jeff Gordon (2003), Jimmie Johnson (2010) and Dale Earnhardt Jr. (2013).

"It’s exciting to have our history in the sport honored at the NASCAR Hall of Fame with this exhibit," Jim Campbell, U.S. vice president, Chevrolet performance and motorsports, said. "We’re proud to showcase eight Chevrolet race cars from key moments that contributed to our success and tell stories of our drivers and team partners who helped us become the winningest brand in NASCAR Cup history."

Engaging visual displays will also provide guests with opportunities to learn about and revisit other Chevrolet milestone victories since 1955.

The display will be run from July to December 2022. To learn more about the NASCAR Hall of Fame, click here
