Darlington Results - Saturday night's action from Darlington (SC) Raceway has ended. Jeff Gordon led the way for Hendrick Motorsports finishing third. Dale Earnhardt Jr. was fourth, Jimmie Johnson was 13th and Casey Mears was 35th. Kyle Busch won the 500-mile event.

Earnhardt Jr. is third in the Sprint Cup Series standings. Johnson is sixth. Gordon is 10th and Mears is 27th. Next Saturday all four Hendrick teams will compete in the NASCAR Sprint All-Star race at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Coverage begins at 7:00 pm on SPEED.

Mears fastest in practice - Friday's early Cup Series practice session ended with Casey Mears atop the scoreboard. He was followed closely on the speed charts as Jeff Gordon was fourth, followed by Jimmie Johnson in fifth and Dale Jr was 13th.

The final practice session is slated for 2 p.m. ET. Qualifying can be seen live on SPEED this afternoon starting at 5 p.m. ET.
