CONCORD, N.C. – Last month, TaxSlayer.com announced that it had expanded its relationship with Dale Earnhardt Jr. to include an affiliation with Hendrick Motorsports.
As part of the partnership, TaxSlayer.com will receive primary placement on Earnhardt’s No. 88 Chevrolet SS for one NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race next season.
The Sprint Cup race in which Earnhardt will drive the No. 88 TaxSlayer.com Chevrolet SS is still to be determined. But on Monday morning, the brand new paint scheme for 2016 was revealed.
The red and black design received a makeover, and Earnhardt himself spearheaded the redesign.
To celebrate the occasion, fans will have the opportunity to win a limited-edition, vintage Earnhardt and TaxSlayer T-shirt.
The contest will be held on TaxSlayer.com/88days – and one T-shirt will be given away on each of the 88 days leading up to tax season.
As an added bonus, eight of those 88 shirts will be autographed by Earnhardt himself. The driver designed the one-of-a-kind shirts, and they will not available for sale anywhere else. The 88 shirts being given away are the only ones being produced.
