RICHMOND, Va. -- Due to inclement weather, Friday's qualifying session at Richmond International Raceway has been cancelled.
That means the starting order for Sunday's race will be determined by the drivers’ lap times in Friday’s practice session.
Leading the way for Hendrick Motorsports, Jimmie Johnson will roll off the grid third.
Joining him in the top 10 will be Kasey Kahne with an eighth-place starting position.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. will take the green flag from the 17th position and Chase Elliott will start 23rd.
Sunday’s race is scheduled for 1 p.m. and will be broadcast on FOX. Kevin Harvick, who posted the fastest lap time during practice, will start the race from the pole position.
