Here are the answers to frequently asked questions: Q. When does the 50 Days of RacePoints begin? A. Redemptions are available starting August 28. The program runs through October 16, 2009. Q. What days can points be redeemed? A. Redemptions are available Monday through Friday with the exception of Monday, September 7 (Labor Day holiday). Q. Where can I find a full list of redemption prizes? A. A full list of redemptions is available at www.bankofamerica.com/50Days Q. Can anyone win the promotional items being offered? A. Only registered NASCAR® RacePoints® members are eligible to redeem for the promotional items offered. All members must also provide a valid email address at the time of redemption. Q. How can I become a registered NASCAR® RacePoints® member? A. To register for NASCAR RacePoints, visit www.nascarracepoints.com or call 800-456-7223. To redeem for one of the daily published items, please call the NASCAR RacePoints call center at (800) 456-7223 between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Monday through Friday. Q. How many prizes per day are available? A. Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Q. Can I redeem multiple prizes in the 50 day countdown? A. Only one item included in the promotional inventory may be redeemed per NASCAR RacePoints member during the promotional period. Q. How many RacePoints do the redeemed prizes “cost?” A. Items are valued at either 500 or 5,000 RacePoints. Q. Where can I see how many RacePoints each prize is worth? A. RacePoints required for individual items are listed on www.bankofamerica.com/50Days Q. What if I don’t have enough RacePoints for the prize I wish to redeem? A. NASCAR RacePoints members must have a minimum of 500 or 5,000 RacePoints (depending on the point value of the item) at the time of redemption to secure the item. Q. Do I have to pay to ship the prize I redeem to myself? A. Shipping is included with all applicable redemption items. Q. Are travel expenses also included if I redeem race tickets or on location prizes? A. Travel, lodging and related expenses are not included with any redemption item. Q. If I redeem for tickets do I get to choose the seats? A. All reserved grandstand seating locations are subject to NASCAR RacePoints discretion. Q. My 10-year old son loves NASCAR. Can I redeem an All-Access pass for him? A. For items that include NASCAR all-access credentials, all credential holders must be at least 18 years of age and supply a valid driver’s license number to NASCAR RacePoints at least 10 days prior to the race in order for credentials to be issued. Q. When would I have to choose my race if I redeem All-Access passes for a “race of my choice?” A. For all experiences that feature a choice of race track as part of the redemption, NASCAR RacePoints must be notified at least 4 weeks in advance by the redeemer of their race track selection in order to allow time to coordinate the experience and necessary logistics. Q. The prize I tried to redeem has already been claimed. What happens now? A. Once the daily redemption item(s) has been redeemed, 500 RacePoints will be awarded to the next fifty (50) NASCAR RacePoints members that call the NASCAR RacePoints call center at (800) 456-7223 between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday-Friday as a consolation for each day that a redemption item is offered during the promotional period.
