TALLADEGA, Ala. -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. made his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series broadcasting debut Sunday at Talladega with NBC Sports.

The driver joined the booth as an analyst alongside his former crew chief Steve Letarte, race announcer Rick Allen and NBC Sports analyst Jeff Burton for part of Sunday's overtime-extended 192-lap race.

Earnhardt will once again be in the booth for a portion of this weekend's race at Martinsville Speedway on Sunday, Oct. 30, at 1 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
